    Life is good

    Need I say more?

    Survivor Costa Rica made me realize how truly lucky I am and to focus on what I have.  I came home and decided to go off my PMDD "mood" med.  I was scared about what would happen but I have nothing to fear.  Why?  I am feeling on top of the world.  Life is good.
