Leadership Crisis: Preliminary Thoughts

The way the world works is that rarely what is defined as the "right thing" to happen really happens.  People declare victory for activity rather than results.   There is such a leadership crisis across our world today that it is extremely scary.  People rarely step up and lead any more.   There is very limited leadership across so many sectors.  People who actually lead by example and have their actions match their words.  It is just a shame.  Consensus has replaced decision making.   Risk adverse behavior is alive and well.
