- Slow down and contemplate the simple pleasures in life. Is there really such a big hurry?
- Manifest changes and start new ventures while sampling a little pleasure on the way
- Discover or remember what I really do enjoy
- Bottom Line: Start new projects and do not try too hard
July 8-15
- Throw away my old glasses
- Throw away old ways of looking at life and my old way of doing things
- Change the way I look at things
- Work hard to eradicate old beliefs such as sacrificing my needs for others
- Focus on how I can be happy when I am fulfilling my reason for being here and doing the things I love
- Be a little bit self-centered and don't feel guilty spending time alone or doing things that are important to me
July 16-22
- Full moon is July 17-18
- Don't be afraid to communicate how I am feeling and expect positive changes
July 23-31
- Self worth is the key issue
- We get what we feel we deserve
- learn to see myself in a more loving ways and realize that I am entitled to goodness
- Believe I am worthy of what I want and the distance between me and it will lessen
- Focus on my health and well being
- Balance body, mind and spirit through Yoga or tai chi
- Sickness cannot flourish in a happy body
